Tatiana is the Operations Specialist for ISN Maskwa. She attended Trent University where she obtained Honour Bachelor degrees in Forensic Science and Psychology with a Specialization in Law and Policing. Prior to, she graduated from Seneca College with a Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Having participated in various crime scene workshops and a work integrated learning project with the Peterborough Police, Tatiana has experience in collecting evidence, forensic analysis, and crime scene photography.
Her career with ISN Maskwa began in Spring of 2023. Having obtained her Incident Management certifications from the Ontario Association of Emergency Managers, she actively engages in supporting Indigenous communities with emergency response efforts. She collaborates with The Planning Team and Operations Supervisor by coordinating the Community Support Personnel and the corresponding logistics for deployments.
Additionally, she is actively involved in organizing and facilitating the ISN Maskwa training courses, all aimed at promoting Indigenous-led emergency management.
